Working and Relaxing at Home
Family Living / Electronics
Boy Using Laptop
The traditional house is changing to support a wider variety of family structures from single homeowners, blended families and single parents, professionals working at home, multi-generational households and seniors remaining at home longer than ever before. Traditional living and dining rooms still exist but more space is being allocated to multi-purpose family rooms, home offices, more than one master bedroom and privacy or activity centers to accommodate the needs of each family member.
Electronics are huge in the home today with multiple televisions, entertainment centers with numerous devices, computers and numerous communication devices for each family member from iPods and cell phone charges.
Services That Save You Time
Cleaning Services
Everyone is too busy these days, so we’re always looking for ways to save time. For many years, fast food meant driving through MacDonalds but today there are hundreds of prepared foods to buy at the grocery store like frozen veggies that go from the freezer into the microwave. We plan to share tips on using the more traditional services (cleaning and landscaping) and introduce you to some of the newer services like in-home dog training.
Outdoor Living and Gardening
Children Love Playing Outside
Almost anywhere you live, there are seasons where you want to spend lots of time outside. You might spend time relaxing with a good book, enjoy a leisurely family dinner cooked on the grill, a neighborhood picnic or play dates for your children when you have lots of space and the right outdoor features like a deck and swing set.
Many homeowners also find gardening relaxing, planting flowers and a small vegetable garden which can be very rewarding. Of course with a large yard come maintenance responsibilities from weeding to mulching and mowing the lawn, and many people prefer to pay for landscaping services so they can use precious free time to enjoy time with their families.

Holidays at Home
Holiday Gatherings
Holidays are a time when we like to return to customs involving family, friends and good food. We entertain more frequently over the holidays so it’s important to check basic safety (sidewalks, handrails and proper lighting). Here we’ll share fun and inexpensive ways to dress up your home for the holidays … and a little making great memories to remember for years to come.

Playing with the Dog
When you need some more space or simply want a change of scenery, moving outdoors might be the perfect answer. Children love the outdoors as they can make noise and run freely without worrying about breaking something. Adults enjoy getting outside too, as they’re able to get away from reminders of work undone and stretch their eyes up towards the sky, across the field behind the house or the beautiful flowers beginning to open.
