Everyone has a few stories to tell. In the past most of us shared our stories with family and friends around the dining table, on a hike or other social activity. Now it’s possible to share your stories with people you’ve never met, people that might live half way around the world but they share similar interests like hobbies and sports.

Blogging, a Great Social Media Platform

Blogging is the perfect platform for sharing your stories, your passion and anything else you want to write about. Blogging lets you write once and all your friends, peers in your community and really anyone living anywhere, can find and read what you’ve written. Anyone who has access to a computer can read your blog unless it’s private and blocked from public viewing but blogs in general are meant to be shared.

Years ago I found this incredible video that explains blogging for beginners. What’s really neat is the explanation focuses on people, not the technology.
